BOOK HOLIDAYS IN SARDINIA — HOW?
After having chosen the holiday centre of your preference and having carefully read the general conditions of participation, confirm the online quote by filling out the form with your personal details and selecting the payment method which you find at the side, a booking confirmation email will be sent automatically upon completion of the booking. If you have specific requests, however, call us on 0789 53230, our call centre can complete the booking for you over the phone and will send a confirmation email to your address.

HOW TO BOOK THE BOAT TO SARDINIA FOR STAYS AT THE DOMUS OLBIA INN?
When choosing to book the Domus Olbia Inn, you can secure the Boat at a highly discounted price which you can request during the booking phase; the times, different on each day of the week, can be communicated before concluding the booking process by calling the call centre on 0789 53230.

HOW SHOULD PAYMENTS FOR THE BOOKINGS BE MADE?
At the point of confirmation and up to 20 days from departure, we request 30% of the amount for the holiday to be paid via bank transfer or with a credit card or rechargeable card. If the booking is confirmed in the 20 days before departure, the balance will be requested to be paid by 7 days before departure via bank transfer or with a credit card or rechargeable card; with less than 7 days before departure, payments can only be accepted via credit card or rechargeable card.

WHAT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE PRESENTED FOR A HOLIDAY IN SARDINIA?
All of the travel documentation, which includes useful information for reaching the booked accommodation and tickets for sea travel, will be sent after the payment of the balance via email to your address; in case of optional purchase of alteration/cancellation insurance, you will also be sent details of the applicable conditions.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY FOR A HOLIDAY IN SARDINIA?
The minimum stay in all of the properties which provide accommodation in apartments is 4 nights, for stays of at least 7 nights the “Free Boat” offer is always applicable: should you want to take advantage of this offer, just add, during the booking phase, the port taxes / fees for booking. The Domus Olbia Inn, which, on the other hand, is a bed and breakfast format, has a minimum stay of 1 night.

WHAT ARE THE OBLIGATORY COSTS BEFORE TAKING A RENTAL APARTMENT IN SARDINIA?
In all of our properties, with the exclusion of the Domus Porto Cervo and the Domus Castelsardo, the prices indicated are “all-inclusive”: upon arrival in the complexes there will be no extra costs to pay locally, although payment of a deposit may be requested to cover any damages which may occur during the Holiday. The deposit will be returned in full at the moment of departure, less any damages. At the Domus Porto Cervo however, upon arrival, obligatory payment on the premises will be requested for the service charge for consumption, weekly changing of bed/bath linen and final cleaning, both for adults and children, in addition to the deposit to cover any damages which may occur during the holiday. The deposit will be returned in full at the moment of departure, less any damages; At the Domus Castelsardo payment on the premises will be requested both for adults and children for the club card for the entertainment services with kids’ club, for entry to the swimming pool, to the fitness zone, to the hydromassage and for the shuttle service to and from the beach.
NB: in case of early departure (before normal office hours) or departure outside of reception opening hours, the deposit will be sent to your home address by postal order or bank transfer.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED TIME FOR HANDOVER OF THE APARTMENT OR OF THE ROOM?
The apartments or the rooms are always handed over in the afternoon between 17:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival and must be handed back by 10:00 on the day of departure. In the case of an early morning arrival because a night-time outward journey has been chosen, the apartment or room can be made available before 17:00 but only after it has been cleaned after the stay of the previous guests.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HOST GUESTS?
The apartments and rooms can NOT be occupied by a number of people greater than that declared at the time of booking. Keys will not be given to those who do not respect this rule. The reception staff have the power, during the stay, to verify that the number of guests present in the apartments or in the rooms corresponds to the number declared at the time of booking, and, in the case of surplus guests, to request the immediate termination of the stay with no possibility of reimbursement.
SPECIAL REQUESTS?
The apartments and the rooms are assigned exclusively at the discretion of the reception staff. For this reason, any request which is not subject to a supplement or not bookable in advance, even if it requested far in advance, (for example sea view apartment, apartment without bunk beds, apartment next to or near to other guests etc.) will be noted, but cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking, and may, if applicable, be confirmed upon arrival in the complexes.
IN CASE OF A COMPLAINT?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your accommodation, contact us immediately, only in this case can we intervene straight away to put in place a remedy, as far as possible, for any possible deficiencies in service. Complaints which are made at the end of a stay will not be taken into consideration, but will be considered only as a report. Furthermore, no reimbursement will be given to those who, for whatever reason, interrupt their stay without contacting us, our call centre is always available to arrange any early returns.

COST OF ALTERATION/CANCELLATION INSURANCE, COST OF PRACTICAL ALTERATIONS?
For a stay of at least 4 nights, in the booking phase, the system offers the free addition of “Alteration/Cancellation Insurance”: in case of cancellation for reasons included in the “Conditions of Insurance”, with a small excess, you can recover the fees applied. Cost of practical alterations: in case of modification of the original booking, administration fees apply, which may be different depending on the request, and will be communicated by telephone or by mail and will be put into practice after explicit confirmation requested from the client.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE HOLIDAY?
In case of cancellation the fees applied will be those outlined in the general conditions: the minimum fee of 30% is applied up to 21 calendars days (excluding Saturdays) before departure (details of the fees on the “general conditions” page, point 3.1).
