Services available within the immediate vicinity: In the town of Cannigione, roughly 2.5km away, you will find all the services that you will need: supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and boutiques of various kinds.

Check-in time: key collection on the day of arrival: from 17:00-21:00, late check in by 24.00 will be possible only if reserved before, in this case an extra payment will be required on spot € 25,00 in cash; arrivals out of hours that are not specified will be checked-in the following day).
Check-out time: keys must be returned by 10:00. In the case of early morning arrivals, key collection and check-in will take place only after the cleaning of the apartment after the previous guests.

Included in the prices: sea view in the apartments on the first floor, use of swimming pool in the apartments with access (non-equipped pool, open 01.06-29.09); 1 car space per apartment (open and unattended parking)
Optional services to be booking with payment at the time of booking: bed linen and towel rental with advance booking 35 euro per person per change; Cot with advance booking 50 euo per week
Optional services to be booked in advance with payment en situ if activation is requested: air conditioning € 90 per week
Deposit:upon arrival, we will request a deposit of € 250 per apartment, payable only in cash, which will be returned upon check-out as long as no damages have been sustained.
Please note: in the case of departure and key return before the Reception Office is open, the deposit will be sent to the client's address via via money order or bank transfer.
The cooking corner must be left clean, otherwise 30 euro will be deducted from the deposit.
