Check-In Information: Key collection on the day of arrival: from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Hotel Club Le Palme, located on Via delle Mimose (just a few steps away). Arrivals after 10:00 PM will incur an additional fee of €20, payable on-site, and will only be guaranteed if booked prior to the arrival date. Unscheduled arrivals not reported in advance will be accepted the following day.
Check-Out Information: Key return by 10:00 AM.
Included in the Rates: Energy consumption and air conditioning, weekly change of bed and bath linen, final cleaning, and free use of the Hotel Club Le Palme pool.
Security Deposit: A deposit of €150 per apartment will be required upon arrival, payable in cash only, and will be refunded at departure provided there are no damages.
Important Note: In case of early departure and key return before the Reception Office opens, the deposit will be sent directly to the guest’s home via postal money order or bank transfer. The kitchenette must be left clean; otherwise, €60 will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets: The complex is dog-friendly, allowing small dogs on request, for an additional fee, and in limited numbers. Dogs will only be accepted if accompanied by a health certificate.
