Distances: Airport and port of Olbia aprox 35km away, Golfo Aranci port aprox 50km away. Town centres: Budoni is aprox 2km away.
Distance from the sea: 100/150 metres from the pure white sand and gentle slopes of the beach of Budoni (free beach with equipped spaces for rental)
Services available nearby (within 2km): roughly 2km from Budoni little town, all tourist services including restaurant bars and discos are available. Restaurant/bar on the beach (open June/September).

Check-in times: key collection on day of arrival: from 17:00 to 20:00 (please notify us of any late arrivals; arrivals out of hours that are not specified will be checked-in the next day).
Check-out times: key return by 10:00. With early morning arrivals, key collection and check-in are available only after the cleaning of the room after the previous guests.
Included in the price: 1 car space for apartment (open and unattended parking)
Optional services to be confirmed at the time of booking, but payable en situ: Bed linen and towels € 25 per person per change, air conditioning € 90 per apartment per week
Deposit: € 200 will be requested upon arrival as a deposit per apartment, payable only in cash. This will be returned upon check-out, as long as no damages have been sustained.
Please note: in the case of check-out and key-return before the opening of the Reception Desk, the deposit will be sent directly to the address of the customer via bank transfer. The kitchen corner must be left clean, otherwise a cleaning fee of 30 euro will be deducted from the deposit.
