Distances: Airport and port of Olbia roughly 15 km away, Golfo Aranci port roughly 12 km away.

Town centres: town centre roughly 900 mt away.

Distance from the sea: 900 metres from the frist beach (public shuttle service to various beaches available, free beaches with equipped spaces available for rental)

Check-in time: key collection on the day of arrival: from 17:00-20:00 (please notify us of any late arrivals; arrivals out of hours that are not specified will be checked-in the following day).

Check-out time: keys must be returned by 10:00. In the case of early morning arrivals, key collection and check-in will take place only after the cleaning of the apartment after the previous guests.

Included in the prices: use of swimming pool, 1 car space per apartment (open and unattended parking)

Optional services to be booking with payment at the time of booking: bed linen and towel rental with advance booking 20 euro per person per change; Cot with advance booking 30 euo per week
Optional services to be booked in advance with payment en situ if activation is requested:

Deposit:upon arrival, we will request a deposit of € 450 per apartment, payable only in cash, which will be returned upon check-out as long as no damages have been sustained.

Please note: in the case of departure and key return before the Reception Office is open, the deposit will be sent to the client's address via via money order or bank transfer.
The cooking corner must be left clean, otherwise 30 euro will be deducted from the deposit.
