TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The travel documents ( Voucher, contract) for vacation stay without tickets or with ferry tickets will be send by fax or E-Mail to your Travel Agency ; The travel documents that include Airline tickets will be send by Courier to your Travel Agency.

FREE FERRY
In the next pages you will find the selections that our Reservation offers a super convenient rates and where we will give as a gift the Ferry transportation from Livorno or Civitavecchia with the Ferry Companies Moby and Sardinia Ferries. Rates are calculated per person with accommodation in apartment in complexes selected for their amenities and position in some of the most famous locations in Sardinia.

LENGTH OF STAY
/SHARE-RATES CALCULATION
The minimum stay is one week (7 nights: from the afternoon of the first day to the morning of the 8th day). In each vacation destination, in the price sheet, it is clearly indicated the arrival and departure day. During low and middle season, it is possible upon request, stay less than a week. The official posted rates are intended per 7 nights unless otherwise noted. Upon arrival it is MANDATORY to pay before taking possession of the rented apartment: water, electricity , gas, final cleaning, laundry if requested. and the club card. The hotel includes the stay in double room with bathroom, IVA and all taxes and any other pre selected services. The rate does not include the meals nor beverages (unless otherwise chosen), tips and club card. Unless otherwise stated in the official posted rate board, an offer is not valid with other offers and cannot be cumulative and valid only if the stay is within the discounted period. In case of overlapping periods in the discount calculation is always considered the lower discount. .

SPECIFIC REQUEST
The apartments and hotel rooms are delivered at the discretion of the reception and the managers in each center. For this reason, any request not subject to a surcharge, even if placed in advance, (i.e. room with sea view, low beds or bunk beds, first floor or second floor, adjacent units, etc.) will be taken in consideration but cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation but could be satisfied at the time of arrival.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
The apartments and the hotel rooms units cannot be occupied by more people than what declared at the time of reservation. Keys will not be delivered to those not abiding by this rule..
The reception offices have the faculty, during your stay, of verify that the number of guests in the apartments or Hotel rooms, is equal to the one declared at booking time. In case of guests exceeding the declared number, the reception has the power to ask the immediate interruption of your stay . HOW AND WHERE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
after having selected you final vacation destination, and upon reading the general terms ad conditions , Call your local travel agent who will immediately contact us to book your vacation, upon payment of a deposit of 25%. Please be advised that the balance must be paid thirty (30) days before your arrival. Additionally, should you decide to reserve either a ferry boat ticket, port/airport transfer passes, or wish to book a car, we advise that you do so at the same time you book your hotel or residence in order to lock in the same discounted advance reservation price and avoid the risk of price variation. (see price changes).

ARRIVAL TIME, DELIVERY OF THE APARTMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT,
Upon making the reservation or before the departure, it is imperative that you notify us your expected arrival time in order for us to plan your reception even if after hours. Some resorts may charge extra for late arrivals. ATTENTION: after hour arrivals without prior notification will be received the day after. The apartments are always delivered in the afternoon as indicated as check-in time indicated in the rate sheet in every single complex. At the time of check in the security deposit has to be paid and it will be returned completely at the time of check out should the unit be returned in the same condition it was received; in case you leave before time or when the office is closed, the security deposit will be mailed to you..

COMPLAINTS
If you are not satisfied with your accommodation for any reason, contact us directly or your travel agent immediately so that we can try resolving the problem at once. Complaints received at the end of your stay will be noted but not considered valid. No refund will be made on early terminations unless the management issues a written confirmation agreeing to refund the money to the client.

BOOKING FEES AND MANDATORY INSURANCES
€ 50,00 per each accommodation will be charged as booking fees . For each accommodation will be charged in addition € 20,00 that includes the mandatory insurance Europe Assistance for trip cancellation, Medico no-Stop ( doctor, hospital) + lost luggage with the condition indicated at page2 Booking fees and insurance will NOT BE REIMBURSED in case of cancellation . For less than 3 days stay the booking fees are reduced to € 25,00 per reservation

CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation for reasons not included and covered by the cancellation insurance , it will apply the penalties as per General Conditions

VARIATIONS
For any change to the original reservation will apply a penalty of
€ 40,00 for administrative fees
