CHECK IN at 5:00 PM ( Please advise for late arrivals. Late arrivals not confirmed will be accepted the day after) CHECK OUT at 10:00 AM NB For late arrivals after hours 11.00 pm it will apply a surcharge payable on site of € 40,00 the SUNDAY arrivals will be accepted only within open hours of the reception office (09.00-13.00 e 16.00-20.00,after hour 20.00 pm it will apply a surcharge payable on site of € 40,00).

SECURITY DEPOSIT € 155,00 per apartment ( for earlier departures the security deposit will be send by mail)

NB: NB The occupancy of each apartment is strictly limited to the maximum allowed for each type of apartment. In case of infant it counts as an adult as per bed capacity also if will use a personal Crib; The Reception office is allowed to check during the stay that the guest number do not exceed the maximum allowed for each apartment and declared at booking time.
